Receptionist to the Health Center (50% Term Time only) including Saturday during busier times


to join the school from August 2022. 


Candidates are expected to participate fully in pastoral care and the co-curricular programme of a busy boarding school.

Receptionist to the Health Center (50%Term Time only)



Health Centre


  • Manage the reception of the Health Centre including phone calls, emails, post and welcoming visitors and students; 

  • Check the appointment list for the day, detect conflicts or other problems that might be present;

  • Liaise with external consultants and coordinate appointments; review the following week’s appointments each Friday; 

  • Responsible for maintaining the attendance system up-to-date;

  • Coordinate taxis and escorts for appointments;

  • Check invoices before submitting them to the Finance department;

  • Liaise with the Finance department regarding the Health insurance (Swica and others companies)  for students including staff children;

  • Liaise with the Admissions department to ensure the appropriate documents are received for new students;

  • Complete the accident reports online for Swica;

  • Work in collaboration with the Associate Director of Health Care Service and Associate Director of Nursing

  • Maintain regular communication with all Health Centre staff concerning any matters arising, be the point of contact for the Health Centre;

  • Archive files as appropriate.

  • To collect medical reports from the doctor and medication from the pharmacy. To deliver to houses as appropriate.
