In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our digital marketing strategy and ensuring its alignment with the Graduate School objectives. Applying a creative and entrepreneurial mindset, your mission is to leverage your expertise in performance marketing, web optimization, lead generation, and nurturing to elevate our identity and drive the success of our programs and solutions.
- Marketing Strategy and Go-to-Market Activities: Develop precise go-to-market strategies, defining target audiences, and aligning marketing efforts with business goals to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
- Performance Marketing and Paid Advertising: Follow up and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize conversions, while continuously monitoring performance metrics for effective campaign management.
- Web Optimization and Management: Focus on SEO audits, content optimization, and user experience enhancements to boost website visibility and relevance in line with program updates and trends.
- Lead Generation, Nurturing, and Conversion: Craft lead generation strategies, nurturing leads through personalized workflows, and collaborating with sales/recruitment for seamless transitions to ensure high-quality prospects convert effectively.
- Marketing Automation and Data Management: Continuously assess and make data-driven adjustments to streamline and enhance marketing processes including workflows, customer journeys, and engagement, all guided by insightful KPI reports.
Background & Skills
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in marketing, ideally in higher education, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Post-graduate training in Digital Marketing (master or certification)
- Proficient in English (minimum C2 level and ideally native), French is a plus.
- Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO optimization tools (e.g., SEMrush), marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot), content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- The ability to analyze marketing data, interpret metrics, and generate actionable insights using data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel.
- Expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
