Tasks

• Assist the regulatory team to ensure all funds registered, listed, and distributed in Switzerland comply with applicable laws and guidelines of the Swiss Funds and Asset Management Association (SFAMA); prepare applications for submission to authorities
• Contribute to listing requests and mandatory publications; independently manage applications (fund documentation modifications, new registrations, mergers, liquidations, etc.); coordinate documents and verify Swiss mandatory contents
• Review marketing materials to ensure compliance with Swiss requirements and self-regulatory rules
• Monitor and ensure compliance with publication requirements for legal documents
• Manage timelines and adhere to deadlines
• Maintain appropriate communication with clients and counterparts

Requirements

• Banking apprenticeship or similar and advanced education or further training in the fund sector
• Relevant professional experience in Switzerland
• Accurate and well-structured way of working
• Reliable, trustworthy and cooperative team player with an open-minded personality
• Excellent German and English languages skills, French desirable
