The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Bündner mountains. 🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Experience in the same or a comparable position is an advantage
Professional experience in 5-star hotels desired
Completed apprenticeship in hospitality is an advantage
Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage
Team player, responsible and flexible
Well-groomed appearance and professional manners
Empathetic and discreet personality as well as service-oriented demeanor

Welcoming our international guests and coordinating luggage and parking service
Advising on excursion possibilities/ski areas/restaurants
Organizing transfers as well as ticket and restaurant reservations
Answering phone calls and emails
Sales of hotel services and fulfilling special requests of our guests as well as relieving the night shift
