About the job
Your Tasks
- Technical responsibility for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration (HVAC) area
- Planning, execution, and supervision of maintenance and repair work on HVAC systems
- Optimization of HVAC systems and the building management system (Sauter SVC)
- Troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions in HVAC systems
- Updating documentation
- Recording and forwarding consumption data
- Planning, accompanying, and implementing projects
- On-call duty (4-5 weeks/year)
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration
- At least 5 years of solid professional experience in the HVAC field
- Experience with building automation and control systems
- Technical understanding of complex HVAC systems and equipment
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Good PC skills (Office 365, SAP, Opale)
- German language skills at level C1 or native speaker
- Further training as a building technician HF is an advantage
- NIV Art. 13 is an advantage
