Your Tasks
- Holistic care and support of postnatal women, newborns and gynaecological patients
- Carrying out basic and treatment care in compliance with applicable hygiene regulations
- Preparation, assistance and accompaniment of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Support and advice for mothers and families in the postnatal period, e.g. on breastfeeding, care and support of the newborn
- Proper and professional documentation of all nursing and midwifery activities
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration within the team as well as communication with relatives
Your Profile
- Completed training as a midwife (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or paediatric health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Interest in working in the postnatal ward, obstetrics and gynaecology
- Experience in the postnatal ward or gynaecology desirable but not essential
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with women, newborns and families
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
- Structured and independent way of working
