- Analysis & Design: You analyze, design, and implement complex business processes and workflows in collaboration with the specialist departments
- Technical Design: You not only implement requirements but also think technically, structure them, and actively design sustainable solutions
- Architecture & Concept: You describe requirements for the architecture, present them to the relevant committees, and translate them into implementation concepts for developers
- Ownership: You take responsibility for the operation, stability, and continuous development of existing solutions. You are also responsible for the use of the time budget for lifecycle topics and maintain the corresponding backlog

- You bring solid experience in software development, ideally with Java or a comparable object-oriented language
- You are a hybrid profile that bridges the gap between process understanding and technical implementation skills and has a good understanding of integration and end-to-end processes
- You have a high standard for quality and a sense for clean, maintainable solutions
- Excellent German skills, both spoken and written, are essential for close collaboration with the specialist departments
- You embody the motto of "lifelong learning" and have the courage to independently explore new topics
