On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Warehouse Logistician / Equipment Manager (a) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Responsibility for all company equipment
- Organisation and management of the tool warehouse in Visp as well as the external warehouse in Olten
- Issuing and receiving tools, machines and operating materials
- Conducting visual condition checks upon issue and return
- Ensuring the operational readiness and availability of the equipment
- Organisation and coordination of maintenance, repairs and safety inspections
- Monitoring inspection intervals and maintenance cycles
- Labelling and management of new operating materials
- Maintenance and updating of equipment data in IT systems
- Collaboration with purchasing, logistics, project management and operational teams
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and structure in the warehouse
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical or craft profession
- Several years of professional experience as a warehouseman, material custodian, tool manager or in a comparable role
- Very good technical understanding
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Very good IT skills (Office 365, Excel, ERP systems)
- Driving licence category B
- Forklift licence category R1 and R4
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- High initiative and strong sense of responsibility
- Organisational skills and solution-oriented thinking
