Your Tasks
Core mission: As a police officer, you take responsibility for implementing the core police mission according to the Police Act. This includes the authority to receive reports and the enforcement of coercive measures within the framework of the Police Act.
Tasks: You are responsible for receiving reports, initiating measures, and advising citizens on criminal matters. You prepare reports, handle requisitions, and follow up on your own findings.
Additional tasks: You conduct foot and vehicle patrols and are prepared to perform order and extradition duties. You are also responsible for serving payment orders and court documents.
Your Profile
Experience: You hold a Swiss passport or a C residence permit and have an impeccable reputation. You have no tattoos on your face or head.
Personality: You are physically and mentally resilient and possess good communication skills as well as an independent and reliable working style. Helpfulness, teamwork, and a customer-friendly demeanour complete your profile.
Training: The prerequisite is completed training as a police officer with a federal diploma of vocational education and training as well as relevant professional experience. The grading is based on your professional experience as Pol, Gfr or Wm.
Language: Confident oral and written expression in German; foreign languages are an advantage.
