Plant Operator 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Operation of the plants in extrusion (extruder, syrup system, etc.)

• Responsibility for the timely production of extrudates in compliance with all specifications and the required quality

• Detection of quality defects and quality risks as well as their rectification

• Leading and supporting employees and the assigned apprentice

• Responsibility for the careful handling of equipment, plants and facilities as well as their maintenance

• Responsibility for compliance with internal regulations and provisions, especially in the areas of food, HACCP and occupational safety

• Willingness and flexibility to work in the bakery department

What do I need to be successful?

• Training in the food industry or several years of relevant professional experience

• Reliable, independent and responsible way of working

• Very good German skills, spoken and written

• Flexibility and ability to work in a team

• Calmness even in hectic situations

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system

• Physical robustness
