Your Tasks
As a student, you are jointly responsible for holistic and competent care, treatment, and support of emergency patients and their relatives. Under professional, competent guidance and support, you will acquire the necessary skills for the emergency care sector during your training period according to the framework curriculum. You will benefit from a comprehensive 2-year postgraduate program. We offer you teaching and coaching by professional educators and support from specialists in practice. Together with the educational provider of the Aargau School of Anesthesia, Intensive Care, and Emergency Care (see afsain), which organizes the theoretical education, we support and promote you in your daily life.
Your Profile
You are an engaged, open-minded personality and have a diploma as a Registered Nurse HF or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing FH or an equivalent foreign diploma in nursing. Your professional experience of at least 6 months in acute care is an advantage. If you lack professional experience, we enable you to gain this on our emergency ward. You bring a corresponding understanding of patients in emergency wards, enjoy your profession, interdisciplinary collaboration, and want to further develop your nursing competence. Dealing with rapidly changing, complex situations is a welcome challenge for you.
