Job Description

• Development and optimisation of processes
• Providing technical support for the implementation of process changes, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and official requirements within the scope of process optimisation and plant development.
• Conducting technical analyses, process simulations, and risk assessments
• Collaboration with research and development departments in Belgium
• Leading or participating in projects
• Preparation of technical reports, procedural instructions, and other documentation
• Responsibility for compliance with and implementation of valid safety and quality standards
• Ensuring sustainable and resource-conserving working methods

We expect

• Completed basic training as well as studies in process engineering or similar
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• At least 3 years of experience in project management
• Sound knowledge in chemical reaction engineering, thermodynamics, etc. is an advantage
• Good to very good German skills as well as English skills
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking with the ability to identify optimisation potentials and implement sustainable solutions
• High initiative as well as a structured, precise, and careful working style
• You enjoy working independently as well as in a team
• Ensuring sustainable and resource-conserving working methods
