Your responsibilities:

• You take care of ensuring comprehensive, individual, and holistic care and support for our clients.
• You ensure the timely and competent processing of medical documents and maintain a clear and smooth flow of information within the team as well as with other departments.
• You empathetically advise clients and their relatives, organize yourself independently, and remain calm and composed even in stressful situations. 
   

Your skills:

• You have several years of professional experience as a dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH, ideally in the Spitex sector.
• You enjoy working independently and diligently and possess a pronounced quality awareness and a networked way of thinking.
• You are a strong team player who quickly finds access to clients and relatives through your open, communicative, and empathetic nature.
• You have a category B driving license, which you are happy to use.
