• You are a balanced and empathetic personality who appreciates on-call work.
• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK PreCheck required for foreign diplomas).
• You have a professional practice permit from the canton of St.Gallen or can present it before starting the job.
• You already have professional experience in psychiatry (advantageous).
• You enjoy working with mentally ill people in a multiprofessional team.
• You have social skills, are flexible and resilient, and are used to an independent, responsible way of working.
• You maintain an open, communicative approach with patients and team members.
• You are characterized by high commitment, creativity, and very good German skills (at least C1).
• Your good IT skills facilitate administrative tasks.
