- You have a professional practice permit from the canton of St.Gallen or can present it before starting the job.
- You already have professional experience in psychiatry (advantageous).
- You enjoy working with mentally ill people in a multiprofessional team.
- You have social skills, are flexible and resilient, and are used to an independent, responsible way of working.
- You maintain an open, communicative approach with patients and team members.
- You are characterized by high commitment, creativity, and very good German skills (at least C1).
- Your good IT skills facilitate administrative tasks.
