To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Service Excellence Specialist - Healthcare ICT immediately or by arrangement.

• Monitoring and evaluating the actual use of IT services and applications at HINT customers (hospitals, nursing homes, practices)
• Identifying discrepancies between technical solutions and actual user experience
• Differentiating problems: technical causes vs. lack of training/user adoption
• Creating usage analyses, recommendations for action, and optimization proposals
• Initiating and supporting user adoption measures, if necessary with internal or external partners
• Advisory role for customers to improve the end-user experience
• Building and maintaining internal knowledge about ICT use in healthcare
• Active collaboration with Customer Management, Service Management, and the Technology Services and Application Services departments
• Market observation and benchmarking: actively gathering information on how users in other healthcare institutions work with IT – including other providers
• Discovering innovative concepts for IT provision and user experience in hospitals, nursing homes, and practices
• Deriving concrete recommendations for customers on which applications or solution types prove themselves in healthcare from the perspective of end users and processes, and at the same time are stable and efficiently operable for HINT

• You have a higher education (FH, TS, HF) in ICT and/or healthcare
• Your strong ICT affinity is noticeable – ideally, you have experience in selling ICT services
• You have broad knowledge in IT architecture, applications, and services, complemented by solid business understanding
• You are familiar with typical system landscapes in healthcare (e.g., HIS, PIS, ERP, menu selection systems) and know how IT solutions really work in everyday life
• You are a winning personality with sensitivity in dealing with various stakeholders – from end users to management
• Your communication skills in German are excellent – both spoken and written
• You are confident in negotiations, assertive, and persistent without losing sight of the counterpart
• French and English complete your profile – so you can also pick up and pass on impulses across language barriers
• You observe with curiosity, analyze with structure, and think in terms of impact rather than symptoms
• You have the ability to evaluate qualitatively and quantitatively how IT is experienced – and how this experience can be specifically improved
• You enjoy developing solutions from practice for practice and incorporating new impulses from other institutions
