Role Objective:

In this position, you will accompany customer projects in the field of state-of-the-art 3D metrology and ensure the successful installation, commissioning and support of measurement and automation systems. With your technical understanding, you support customers in the application of innovative technologies and make an important contribution to quality assurance and process optimisation.

Your tasks:

• Support and execution of customer projects in the field of 3D metrology and engineeringInstallation and commissioning of ATOS 3D scanners as well as automated measuring systems
• Conducting presentations, product training and technical demonstrations
• Technical sales support and customer consulting
• Technical support and care of automation customers
• Repair and maintenance of electronic as well as mechanical components of measuring systems
• Carrying out fault analyses and error diagnostics
• Close cooperation with customers and internal departments for successful project implementation

Your profile:

• Completed technical training at apprenticeship, HF or Bachelor level
• Good knowledge in mechanics, electrical engineering, automation or metrology
• Very good IT skills (Windows, Office applications, hardware configuration and system setup)
• Analytical, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Hands-on mentality and high technical affinity
• Independent and goal-oriented personality
• Very good German and good English skills
• French skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel and flexibility for customer visits and project assignments
