• Co-management of Social Services, collaboration and exchange within the management team
• Management and further development of internal job coaching
• Project work, leading and participating in innovative small and larger projects
• Direct employee management of the job coaching team and part of social counseling

Profile

• Several years of leadership experience, including leadership training
• Degree from a university of social work (MSc)
• Extensive professional experience in dealing with mentally ill people
• Professional experience, in-depth knowledge in labor integration and placement
• Project management experience
• Cooperative leadership style
• Ability to reflect and accept criticism
