Your tasks
- Responsible for the professional conception, implementation and further development of IT asset and configuration management processes according to best practices (ISO/ITIL)
- Further develop and optimise the ITAM and configuration management strategy to meet business, regulatory and security-related requirements
- Establish a consistent end-to-end lifecycle for IT assets (Plan, Acquire, Deploy, Operate, Retire) as well as take responsibility for licence management and support the budgeting process
- Professional responsibility for service configuration management including CM processes, policies and CMDB (data model, CI classes, relationships, data flows)
- Ensure data quality of IT asset and configuration data through defined data quality checks and establish controls (ICS)
- Promote collaboration with IT operations, security, risk management and other stakeholders
- Increase acceptance of ITAM and CM processes through targeted training and clear communication
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a related field
- Several years of proven experience in defining, implementing and managing IT asset management and/or configuration management processes in a medium to large organisation, ideally in a regulated environment (e.g. banks, insurance companies)
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, especially in the area of IT asset and configuration management
- Experience with CMDB tools and IT asset management systems as well as their integration into existing IT landscapes
- Ability to analyse complex requirements and translate them into clear, actionable process and data models and pragmatically implement them in the bank
- Strong communication and moderation skills to convince various stakeholders as well as experience working with cross-functional teams
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written (at least C1)
