Skills
- Completed training as a bike mechanic or similar qualification.
- Strong knowledge in bike and e-bike repairs.
- Excellent German skills; French is a plus.

About the job
- Performing diagnostics, repairs, service, and general maintenance work on bicycles and e-bikes according to specifications
- Assessing warranty, goodwill, and billing cases
- Preparing cost estimates with telephone consultation
- Recording completed work in the IT system
- Preparing delivery documents and products for shipping
- Final inspection of new e-bikes for LANDI stores
- Completed vocational training as a bicycle mechanic EFZ or similar qualification
- Solid knowledge in repairing bicycles and e-bikes
- Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
- Good IT skills
- Team-oriented personality with an independent working style
