Job Description

• Ensure comprehensive care of the patient and her baby(ies) to promote the mother-child relationship.
• Maintain clinical reasoning to optimise the quality of care and patient safety.
• Apply hygiene rules and protocols to prevent infection.
• Adopt a clinical and tailored approach to the pain of the patient and/or her baby(ies).
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anaesthetists and paediatricians of the patients.
• Participate in the supervision and evaluation of trainees.
• Encourage the integration of new colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with current processes.
• Adhere to institutional policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor HES in nursing with a specialisation in maternal and child health or equivalent training recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Right to practice in the canton of Geneva.
