Head of Nursing

Within SEEBURG, the EICHE retirement and nursing home as well as the internal Spitex are organized as the nursing department, which together provide a comprehensive and holistic care and support structure for the residents.
For the responsible position of department head, we are looking for a committed leader who ensures and further develops the quality of care both in the retirement and nursing home and in the internal Spitex.
Tasks to be done
Spitex
- Implementation of the strategy and business objectives as well as professional, personnel, organizational, and financial management of the Spitex department
- Creation, further development, and implementation of professional concepts
- Operation and expansion of a seamless care offering including management of the necessary projects and process optimizations
- Ensuring legally compliant and efficient care and billing processes
- Controlling quality and productivity
- Representing SEEBURG's interests (lobbying) and supporting appropriate public relations
Retirement and Nursing Home EICHE
- Implementation of the strategy and business objectives as well as professional, personnel, organizational, and financial management of the living with care department
- Creation, further development, and implementation of professional concepts
- Operation and expansion of a seamless care offering including management of the necessary projects and process optimizations
- Ensuring a meaningful and, as far as possible, self-determined daily life for the residents
- Ensuring legally compliant and efficient care and billing processes
- Controlling quality and productivity
- Representing SEEBURG's interests (lobbying) and supporting appropriate public relations
What we expect from you
- Completed higher vocational training (tertiary) in psychiatric nursing with corresponding leadership experience
- Experience in managing a Spitex
- Experience in long-term care
- High social competence; proactive, solution-oriented, and flexible personality with the ability to drive change and shape innovations
- Very good communication skills, possibly complemented by foreign language skills
- Very good MS Office skills
