Job Description

• Leadership and coordination of construction site teams in tunnel construction
• Organisation and supervision of daily underground construction operations
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and deadline requirements
• Supporting site management in planning and resource management
• Active participation on site and serving as a role model within the team
• Reporting and communication with internal and external parties

We Expect

• Completed training in the main construction trade (e.g. road builder, bricklayer, or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in tunnel construction mandatory
• Further training as foreman or site supervisor advantageous
• Good German language skills, additional languages advantageous
• Assertiveness, organisational talent, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in shift operations
• Driving licence category B advantageous
