We are looking for the secretariats and receptions of the EMS Parc & Nelty in Beausobre in Morges, a:
MPC Intern (M/F)

YOU HAVE
- Validation of your three years of business school to meet the admission requirements for the CFC and professional maturity.
- A genuine motivation to undertake a one-year internship within an administrative team active in the healthcare field.
- Good knowledge of common computer tools.
- Ease in contacts and a particular interest in reception and service.
- Rigor, good adaptability, and organizational skills.
- A dynamic, helpful, and empathetic nature, showing maturity and ease in teamwork.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Welcome, inform, and guide residents, families, and EMS visitors.
- Handle telephone reception and transfer calls internally and externally.
- Actively participate in administrative management related to residents' stays.
- Participate in managing the EMS cash register and residents' "pocket money" accounts.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and write minutes.
- Ensure the supply of the storeroom by placing necessary orders.
