For our César Ritz campus in Le Bouveret we are looking for an: 

Assistant Chef Instructor (100%)

Starting date : January 2020

Responsabilities:

  • Assist and support the Chef Instructor in the teaching aspects of the food production practical classes to students according to our standards
  • Ensure and provide quality food production for students and staff
  • Ensure follow-up on student's needs
  • Ensure daily freshness and variety
  • Demonstrate sanitation, cleanliness and security of the kitchen and storerooms to students

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Professional Certificate as a Cook or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position
  • Culinary teaching experience within a hospitality school a strong asset
  • Initiative, creativity, maturity, leadership skills
  • Excellent communication in English, French a strong asset
