- Through empathetic care & support at night, which is accompanied by a touch of humor, you gain the trust and a smile from the residents
- Your positive nature contributes significantly to a good working atmosphere and a pleasant living environment for the residents
- You provide security and respond professionally in emergency situations
What You Bring
- You have a qualification as an Assistant in Health and Social Services EBA, Care Assistant SRK, or equivalent training
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in long-term care
- Good spoken and written German skills
