How you’ll make an impact

Lead and mentor a team of R&D engineers in a collaborative environment

Own the full development cycle of bipolar semiconductor devices, from concept to manufacturing transfer

Define and execute R&D strategies aligned with business goals and technology roadmaps

Drive research on materials, device architectures, and fabrication processes

Collaborate closely with process engineering, product management, and manufacturing

Track emerging technologies and market trends in power semiconductors

Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and patent applications

Manage projects, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Your background
-
PhD or Master’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar discipline with strong grounding in semiconductor device physics

Multiple years of experience in semiconductor R&D, including leadership responsibility

Extensive hands‑on experience in power semiconductor devices (e.g. IGBTs, power MOSFETs, diodes, thyristors) or power semiconductor applications

Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in a complex R&D environment

Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder‑management skills
-
Passion for people leadership, innovation, and enabling others to succeed
