- Leading and managing a service team of eight specialists
- Main contact person for customers regarding lift systems
- Responsibility for budget and management of the operational service business
- Coordination and monitoring of service and on-call planning
- Ensuring service quality and implementation of customer projects
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training such as polymechanic or electrician
- Professional experience in lift service and leadership experience
- Commercial further training is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and organisational thinking skills
- Confident use of Office365 and good German language skills, both spoken and written
