About the job
Building services are responsible for the reliable, safe and sustainable operation of buildings and technical systems. They plan and accompany construction, conversion and maintenance measures, ensuring as disturbance-free an operation as possible as well as the fulfilment of operational requirements.
Your tasks
- Management of medium and large projects as well as subprojects in the areas of construction, building services and building maintenance
- Development of preliminary projects, feasibility studies, concepts and decision-making bases
- Representation of operational interests vis-à-vis the client, internal stakeholders, external partners and specialist committees
- Organisation and professional management of project meetings, sessions and workshops
- Control and monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality and project progress
- Advising the department management on construction and building services issues
- Supporting the safety officer on building and fire safety matters
Your profile
- Technical basic training in building construction, civil engineering or building services with further education at HFP, HF or FH level
- Several years of experience in managing demanding construction, infrastructure or building services projects as well as in the professional leadership of project teams
- Knowledge of the HERMES method, cantonal tendering procedures as well as facility management and maintenance is desirable
- Conceptually strong, resilient and solution-oriented personality with business management understanding, assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured and forward-looking working style with pronounced customer orientation, sense of responsibility and the ability to develop practical solutions and make well-founded decisions
- Very good German skills and good French skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work outside office hours and to take on on-call duty
