Job Description
- Responsibility for selection, scheduling and support of subcontractors including ensuring all required certificates
- Creation and management of assembly contracts
- Collaboration and support in change order management as well as in commercial assembly processing
- Verification of material, assembly and subcontractor invoices
- Organisation and follow-up of defect rectifications including ensuring timely completion reports
- Daily communication and correspondence with customers, subcontractors and internal project participants
- Professional handling of CRM and ERP systems as well as digital solutions for construction sites and project management
Qualifications
- Completed technical or commercial training (with good technical understanding)
- Experience in construction, ideally in coordinating construction project execution, suppliers or subcontractors
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- High team and communication skills as well as commitment
- Customer-oriented, structured and independent working style
- Good MS Office skills, CRM and ERP experience desirable
