Specialist Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Creation and maintenance of concepts in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and sanitary (HVACRS)
• Technical support in the planning and implementation of modernization projects and new buildings
• Project management within the scope of building services projects
• Interface management for building control technology
• Support or execution of tenders for systems and services
• Maintenance and further development of maintenance concepts
• Creation of process descriptions and standard procedures to support commissioning and acceptance processes
• Support during acceptance and quality assurance measures

Profile

• Basic training as a building services planner with a focus on HVAC or higher technical education technician HF with a focus on building services / building technology
• Several years of professional experience as a specialist planner, specialist or project manager in the field of building and/or refrigeration technology
• Sound knowledge in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and sanitary
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Experience in project management and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Good communication skills in German, additional language skills are an advantage
