Workshop Manager 100% (m/f)

As Workshop Manager, you are the customers' contact person, keep the team together and ensure that the employees also feel part of the Robert Aebi family. We all address each other informally, live a respectful interaction and to further develop the company and the employees, ideas are actively exchanged and developed.

What you can achieve with us

Management and coordination of workshop processes
Technical and disciplinary leadership of the workshop team
Scheduling of work orders according to the skills of the employees
Ensuring quality and efficiency in maintenance, repair and servicing of agricultural machinery
Supporting mechanics in diagnosis and carrying out difficult tasks
Independent acquisition and management of workshop orders, technical advice to customers
Responsibility for occupational safety and compliance with regulations

What you bring to your role

Completed technical training in agricultural technology, mechanical engineering or comparable
Several years of professional experience in a workshop or technical service, ideally with leadership responsibility
Professional experience with agricultural machinery and forestry technology (advantageous with John Deere)
Organisational talent, team spirit and assertiveness
Driving licence class B/E
