About the job
You will be part of the regional management control team overseeing 7 markets worldwide, called the Swiss Markets Region: Mexico, Brazil, Switzerland, India, the Americas, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.
Under the responsibility of the Perfume Beauty management controller, your main missions will be as follows:
SALES ANALYSIS
You monitor the turnover and analyze Retail & Wholesale activity at the regional level (frequency: weekly).
You contribute to identifying and resolving data discrepancies within the business intelligence (BI) system to maintain high-quality reporting standards (frequency: weekly).
You assist the regional team in tracking store openings and closings using a global tool (frequency: monthly).
You participate in preparing presentations for Management (frequency: monthly).
You propose improvements to existing processes: new reports, automation, best practices, etc.
EXPENSE ANALYSIS
You participate in the monthly PB Swiss Markets closing of the regional entity.
You ensure budget updates and monitoring
You participate in and lead budget follow-up meetings with various departments
You contribute to the preparation of budgets, revisions, and regional consolidations.
You participate in ad-hoc assignments
Profile sought:
You are rigorous, reliable, and autonomous. You show curiosity and proactivity in an international and very dynamic environment. Mastery of English is essential.
In your final year of studies (business school, engineering school, or university) with a specialization in finance, you must have a successful first experience in management control / audit / finance
You master Excel (previous internship experience), and are a good user of PowerPoint. You are generally agile with IT tools.
Job conditions:
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
The internship must be planned within your study curriculum.
The internship must be necessary for obtaining the diploma.
The internship must be validated by the awarding of study credits.

Contract: full-time internship (100%) and on-site
Start: September 1, 2026
Duration: 6 months
Working days: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
