Commercial Allrounder with Focus on Course Administration

Become part of the pluspunkt team! For our thriving therapy and training center in Jona, we are looking for two committed commercial allrounders with a workload of 40-60% each in a job-sharing model, starting 01.07.2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Co-organization and support of further training (also on about 10-12 Saturdays per year – these can be compensated during school holidays)
• Contact with patients, doctors, lecturers, and course participants via email, mail, and phone
• Creating mailings, database maintenance, updating our website
• Organization of team events, support with HR processes
• Ordering materials for the center
• Support tasks for management

Your profile

• Completed commercial training and several years of practical experience
• Enjoyment in contact with people and excellent communication skills
• Very good knowledge of common MS Office programs including MS Teams
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• Independent and structured way of working
