Your Tasks
- You take on supervision for the various professional groups, support the assistant doctors (m/f/d), and lead a ward independently.
- You ensure and guarantee that all decisions regarding therapeutic and medical issues are made with the involvement of the respective expertise.
- You enjoy conveying the specialist content to our colleagues (m/f/d) in training to become specialists in psychiatry and psychotherapy. In doing so, you take pleasure in promoting and supporting the decision-making competence of your employees.
- Furthermore, you assume overall medical responsibility within the framework of the deputy function.
- You participate in the duty system, including on-call duties.
- You take on the deputy management of the SIWF training center for psychiatry and psychotherapy.
- You take on the co-management of the outpatient services.
Your Profile
- You have the specialist training title in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
- Loyalty and constructive handling of mistakes are among your core values.
- You have leadership experience or want to develop leadership skills.
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary environment.
- You inspire the collegial environment with your openness and initiative.
- Registration or recognition by the Swiss Medical Professions Commission (MEBEKO).
- Very good oral and written German skills (at least level C2 or equivalent).
- You appreciate open and respectful communication.
