Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH Psychosocial Home Care

• You support people in psychosocial crises and with psychological upheavals in achieving their personal recovery goals
• You are responsible for implementing the entire nursing process with your clients
• You take on a coordinating role in the treatment network and promote the self-determination and independence of your clients
• You work on fixed working days and largely plan your working day yourself
• By car or bike, you visit your clients in Wil and Wilen
• You participate in weekly case discussions/ team meetings and intervisions

• You are an organisational talent, reliable and responsible
• Your social and methodological skills are exceptionally well developed
• Being a team player yet independent; this combination characterises you
• You convince as a skilled communicator in various conversational situations
• You have a qualification as a nursing specialist HF or a Bachelor in Nursing
• At least two years of experience in psychiatric nursing are required
• You are creative and ready to explore new paths
