- Analyzing, validating, and preparing data
- Contributing to the development of automated Business Intelligence (BI) solutions
- Reviewing investments, budgets, and projects against defined objectives
- Creating variance analyses
- Creating profitability analyses
- Coaching and supporting relevant stakeholders on issues of profitability, quality, and safety
- Supporting operational and strategic ICT planning

What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training
- Further education in business administration (HF/FH) with a focus on accounting/controlling, business analysis, data analytics, or similar is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel)
- SAP S4/HANA (CO and FI) knowledge is an advantage
- Affinity for numbers, analytical talent, and confident presentation skills
- Ideally, experience with Swiss GAAP FER
- Independent, hands-on, and pragmatic working style with a strong quality awareness
- Very good German skills as well as French and/or English skills (level B2) are an advantage
- Experience in a military environment is an advantage
