Sales Assistant for Cash Desk and Check-in
Tasks
- You record customer data, create daily tickets and update the customer base
- You accept empties and returns and check entries
- You manage the telephone switchboard as well as information and brochure areas
- You handle debt collection efficiently and complete the cash register accounting correctly
- You greet our customers warmly and ensure a professional first impression
- You take on additional tasks around reception and service wherever needed
Requirements
- Completed training in retail or the food industry (e.g. cook, baker, butcher)
- You work reliably, efficiently and have a neat appearance
- You are proficient in using MS Office
- You approach people openly and enjoy customer contact
- You are resilient and remain friendly even in hectic moments
- You speak fluent German and enjoy working in a team
