For the newly created position, we are looking for someone to start immediately or by arrangement
This is what awaits you with us:
Together with your team, you ensure that the Population Services department runs smoothly and that all threads come together. You take on responsibility, coordinate a wide range of topics and work closely with the municipal clerk on the implementation of strategic goals.
Specifically, this means for you:
- Leading the specialist department heads of Resident Services and Civil Registry Office
- Thinking along, shaping and pitching in with day-to-day business
- Preparing and coordinating reports, applications and presentations
- Optimising and further developing processes and procedures
- Collaborating with various stakeholders inside and outside the administration
- Assisting with the supervision of apprentices in the Presidential & Cultural department
This suits you:
- You enjoy working in an organised manner and keep an overview even with several topics
- You like taking responsibility and driving things forward
- You have training or further education in the administrative field – or are currently on the way there (e.g. administrative school, IVM etc.)
- Initial experience in public administration or in a coordinating role is a plus but not a must
- You communicate openly, enjoy working with people and value teamwork
