The assistant has 50% of the activity rate for the preparation of a doctoral thesis.
Master's students in law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva may also apply, provided they have already obtained 240 ECTS credits and their diploma thesis is about to be completed.
Good knowledge of German is desired.

Job description
The terms of reference include tasks related to teaching family patrimonial law (3rd year bachelor) and estate planning (master). The assistant will notably have to prepare and correct continuous assessments and written exams, participate as a juror in oral exams, and hold office hours to answer students' questions related to the subjects taught. The terms of reference also include tasks related to research and support for the organization of scientific events.The assistant has 50% of the activity rate for the preparation of a doctoral thesis.
Required title and skills
University master's degree in law from a Swiss university, with a good overall average.Master's students in law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva may also apply, provided they have already obtained 240 ECTS credits and their diploma thesis is about to be completed.
