Project Manager

• Responsibility for the technical and strategic implementation of agile customer projects on site
• Ensuring qualitative and timely service delivery
• Transparent, level-appropriate communication in all project phases
• Definition of project goals as well as management of all project activities and project teams
• Review and specification of project proposals/ideas for technical feasibility
• Conversion of project ideas into project orders coordinated with the customer
• Advising customers on project questions and change requests
• Ensuring professional stakeholder management
• Conducting negotiations with customers and partners
• Responsibility for project controlling (budget, resources, cost and risk management)
• Preparation of regular reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Completed studies in business administration, engineering or comparable education with relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in managing complex projects, ideally in an agile environment
• Sound knowledge of project management (methods, tools, standards) as well as in leading project teams
• Practical knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) as well as experience with Confluence and Jira
• Further training in project management, ideally with certifications (e.g. HERMES Foundation, IPMA Level B or C)
• Strong skills in coordination, organization and prioritization
• Confident appearance, negotiation skills and experience in stakeholder management
• High communication and consulting competence in dealing with customers and internal interfaces
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as decisiveness
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
