This is what you bring with you
- Completed studies in business administration, engineering or comparable education with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in managing complex projects, ideally in an agile environment
- Sound knowledge of project management (methods, tools, standards) as well as in leading project teams
- Practical knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) as well as experience with Confluence and Jira
- Further training in project management, ideally with certifications (e.g. HERMES Foundation, IPMA Level B or C)
- Strong skills in coordination, organization and prioritization
- Confident appearance, negotiation skills and experience in stakeholder management
- High communication and consulting competence in dealing with customers and internal interfaces
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as decisiveness
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
