The Cantonal Social Insurance Institution (ECAS) is an autonomous public law institution that administers and coordinates the activities of the Compensation Fund of the Canton of Fribourg, those of the Cantonal Disability Insurance Office as well as the Central Services. It thus constitutes a unique centre of expertise in first pillar social insurance for insured persons and companies in the Canton of Fribourg.

Your missions
Within the "Management / Case Management" section of the Cantonal Disability Insurance Office:
- Independently process and manage AI benefit requests from insured adults over 25 years old, from receipt of the file to decision, ensuring quality of processing, respect of deadlines, and application of the legal framework, directives and procedures in force
- Analyse the insured persons’ situations comprehensively (medical, professional, social and personal) and identify issues, resources and obstacles related to earning capacity
- Ensure the management and follow-up of files according to a case management approach, anticipating changes in the situation and adapting the management strategy
- Coordinate interventions of various internal and external partners and promote effective interdisciplinary collaboration
- Maintain a professional quality relationship with insured persons, demonstrating listening, empathy and clarity in communication throughout the process
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and professional exchanges promoting the sharing of practices
Desired profile
- Vocational training level CFC (commercial employee, medical assistant, ASSC, pharmacy assistant or equivalent training)
- Federal diploma as a social insurance specialist, an asset
- Experience in managing complex files or coordinating interventions
- Good knowledge of social insurances (notably AI, LPGA, LAA, LAMal) or ability to acquire it quickly
- Ease in analysing medical reports and medico-socio-professional situations
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to make decisions and defend a professional position
- Clear, appropriate and solution-oriented communication
- Fluency in French with knowledge of German
