About the job
The Kronbühl Foundation promotes, accompanies and cares for children, adolescents and adults with severe physical and intellectual disabilities. With our diverse offers tailored to the individual needs of our clients and the high quality of our services, we are among the leading institutions in Eastern Switzerland. In our day special school, six children or adolescents are supported and cared for in one class by a special education team, taking into account their individual abilities. In addition to lessons, the pupils benefit from a diverse range of therapies. They spend their free time either at home or in our boarding school.

Companion School Complementary Care
(10 - 20% workload)
Tasks
- Varied afternoon care indoors and outdoors
- Communication with parents and the class team
- Promotion of independence and social skills of children and adolescents
Profile
- Sense of responsibility, social skills and empathy
- If possible, experience in supporting children and adolescents with disabilities
- Calmness, appreciation and clarity in dealing with challenging behaviour
- Very good mental and physical resilience as well as professional handling of closeness and distance
- Flexibility, reliability and independence
