Berger Shoes & Sport AG; a family-run sports and fashion specialist shop in Konolfingen. Following our motto, sharing quality out of passion, we have been sharing experience in shoes, sport & fashion with our customers for over 70 years.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated employee for ski and snowboard service (80-100%) from 01.09.2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Sharpening skis, snowboards and cross-country skis with the latest machines
- Ensuring high quality with every service
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
Our requirements
- Manual dexterity and basic technical / mechanical understanding
- Experience in ski service is an advantage
- Resilience in hectic situations
- Team spirit and flexibility
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Passion for winter sports
- Good knowledge of German
