Your main tasks:
- Assisting in defining required spare parts for new equipment and new facilities.
- Assisting in defining minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Recording new spare parts in SAP MDG, Kardex.
- Assigning locations and storing new spare parts.
- Out-returns, correction bookings, inventory management of spare parts.
- Storing reordered spare parts.
- Conducting periodic inventory.
- Advising and supporting internal and external customers regarding spare parts management.
- Reordering required spare parts in collaboration with sourcing.
- Assisting in the evaluation of new suppliers for spare parts.
- Global exchange with stakeholders in the Warehouse M2U area.
- Participation in local and global projects in the Warehouse M2U area.
- Supporting the implementation of safety measures.
Qualifications:
- Completed logistical or technical vocational training.
- Solid knowledge in inventory management.
- Solid knowledge in SAP MM, preferably experience with inventory management software Kardex Powerpick.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Analytical, responsible, communicative, and solution-oriented.
