Health Specialist 50 - 90%
Your tasks:
- You accompany, advise, and instruct our clients and their relatives in their familiar home environment.
- You take on basic and treatment care, even in demanding and complex situations.
- You document the care processes professionally and without gaps.
- You support, promote, and accompany employees in everyday care.
- You hold a category B driving license and have your own car.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Solid PC skills and openness to digital work tools
- Independent, resilient, and proactive personality
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
