• You process all creditor invoices including payment transactions with the creditor workflow program ePosting
• You send the pre-entered invoices from the school administration programs
• Together with the team, you create the debtor invoices from the Fiori program
• You read in the electronic debtor payments and ensure the reconciliation
• Periodic dunning runs, payment orders, and collections are part of your area of responsibility
• You code and record postal check, bank, and cash receipts
• You post expense reports and check them for plausibility
• You are responsible for maintaining the master data of cost centers and projects
• Further general accounting tasks await you

• You have a commercial basic education EFZ
• You are proficient in using MS Office products and have a high IT affinity
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• A self-reliant, goal-oriented, and precise working style as well as a high service orientation complete your profile
