Job Description
We are looking for you as Deputy Head for Physiotherapy:
Representing the head in their absence and taking on leadership tasks
Co-responsibility for the personnel and professional management of employees
Co-responsibility for achieving the clinic and department goals
Co-responsibility for compliance with quality standards in physiotherapy
Treatment of inpatients and outpatients from the fields of orthopaedics, visceral surgery, rheumatology and internal medicine
Supervision of group courses (MTT, GLA:D or pulmonary rehabilitation) and fitness clients
- Assessment and progress documentation, management of performance recording
With us, you will meet 8 motivated qualified physiotherapists who are keen to expand their knowledge, develop professionally with you and share fun or special moments together. As Deputy Head, you will work closely with the Head of Physiotherapy and the Nursing Directorate to ensure the team is optimally managed. We look forward to your reinforcement.
Qualifications
Physiotherapist FH or equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience
Leadership experience is an advantage
High social competence and communication skills
Very good organisational skills, high flexibility and resilience
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
High customer orientation
