To strengthen our team in the Supermarket sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed Baker 100% starting from 01.09.2025, at the Ascona Delta location.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the production of bread, pizzas, and sandwiches.
- You structure sales arguments in speeches and advise our demanding customers competently and friendly.
- You regularly check that the sales counters are well stocked and clean.
- You successfully implement product and local concepts.
- You create an attractive shopping atmosphere in line with the strategy (season, etc.).
- You organize the sales areas consistently and appealingly.
- You establish the main seasonal focuses and present the products accordingly.
- You consistently adhere to the prescribed hygiene standards.
Your profile
- You have completed basic training as a baker.
- You already have professional experience as a baker or in the gastronomy sector.
- You are a reliable, customer-oriented, and committed person who loves their job and has a lot of drive.
- You have the ability to adapt to a high influx of customers and maintain calm and an overview in hectic situations.
- You stand out for a team-oriented personality and a well-groomed appearance.
- You place great importance on a careful and clean working method.
- You speak Italian fluently and have knowledge of another national language.
