To complement our HR team in Lucerne, we are looking for from May 1, 2026 or by arrangement a
HR Consulting 80% (m/f/d)

The HR department accompanies the organization on this path and supports from entry through development, evaluation, and remuneration to exit.
Your tasks
- HR Consulting & Support: You accompany employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle – from recruitment to exit. In addition to advisory tasks, you also take on administrative activities such as selecting applicant dossiers, organizing and conducting interviews, payroll calculations, or preparing employment and interim references.
- Sparring Partner: You advise employees in leadership roles on labor law, personnel, and organizational issues and support well-founded decisions.
- Design & Optimization: You actively participate in the further development of HR processes and contribute your knowledge and experience to exciting HR projects.
Our requirements
- Completed training as an HR specialist or a comparable further education
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner with solid competencies in HR management and labor law
- Networked, strategy-oriented thinking and a structured, independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in exchanging with different stakeholders
- Enjoyment of complex organizational change processes
- Very good German, French, and English skills
- Trustworthy, reliable, and flexible personality who gladly takes on responsibility
Workplace is Lucerne, mobile office is possible.
Start of work: 01.05.2026 or by arrangement
