Your area of responsibility
- Maintain telephone, written and personal contacts with (small) brokers to provide information, advise, support, obtain information and strengthen relationships
- Proactively develop cooperation with small and medium-sized brokers and expand existing partnerships
- Acquire new customers through the broker channel, prevent cancellations through comprehensive, high-quality advice and represent Swiss Life as a reliable partner to brokers and customers
- Develop pension plans of the second pillar in close coordination with brokers, taking into account legal, tax and actuarial aspects, and manage the offer process including the creation of proposals
- Sell pension solutions from the full range of Swiss Life (full insurance and semi-autonomous models), monitor the market in the assigned area and recognize early changes among competitors and in the economic environment
- Create individual documents to illustrate complex issues and support the team both professionally and organizationally
Your strengths
- You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification and have experience in the area of the 2nd pillar / BVG (e.g. customer service, service center or consulting)
- Your pronounced service orientation and strong communication skills distinguish you
- Commitment, willingness to learn and openness to new challenges are among your strengths
- Your working style is characterized by conscientiousness, reliability and high accuracy
- Teamwork and ambition are important to you, and you want to make a valuable contribution to achieving goals in an important team
- Additionally, you have solid BVG knowledge as well as confident German language skills in speaking and writing; other languages are an advantage
